Movement System Update


I've finally updated the player movement system to ensure the player movement is identical at any frame rate. Players with slower machines were reporting issues with the ledge-grab-into-jump mechanic and would get stuck endlessly hanging from an old vending machine. Thank you for the feedback and bug reports!

At this point I believe the entire movement system has been successfully migrated to run properly, so please give it a try and let me know what you think!
